Shockpad

.

BS Shockpad is a specialized polyethylene foam material, chemically cross-linked for enhanced performance.

Through a combination of heat expansion and the addition of chemical inflators and cross-linking agents during extrusion, this foam material achieves advanced chemical and mechanical properties. Compared to physically cross-linked polyethylene foam, the cell structure of BS Shockpad is larger, resulting in a slightly less smooth surface. It is widely used in applications that require sound, heat, humidity insulation, and shock protection.

Whether you need cut plates, rolls, tubes, or laminated options, BS Shockpad can be tailored to various sectors.
